Description
The Journal Report allows you to see a full list of Journal Entries with all their detail. You can filter, adjust columns and export the data as needed.
Columns
The Journal Report contains the most extensive list of detail on the Journal Report. You can choose which columns to display in the table from the column selector icon:
Filters
Similar to the list of columns, the data represented in the journal report table can be filtered by one or more of fields by selecting the quick filter icon:
Below are some of the filter options:
- Ledger Account - Limit Journals show to be from these accounts
- Posted Currency - Blank shows journal created in any currency. Select a currency to limit results to journals created in that currency.
- Show in Posted Currency - On - Display Debit/Credit value in Posted Currency. Off - Display Debit/Credit value in Reporting Currency
- Location - Limit results to journals created in these locations
- Intercompany Location - Limit results to journals created in with these intercompany locations
- Customer - Limit results to journals created for this customer
- Vendor - Limit results to journals created for this vendor
- Job - Limit results to journals created for this job
- Cost Center - Limit results to journals created for this cost center
- Product - Limit results to journals created for this product
- Start Date - Limit results to journals created on or after this date
- End Date - Limit results to journals created on or before this date
- Status - Limit results to journals created in this status, blank defaults to 'All'
Actions
- Create Saved View - Save a set of filters and name the filter set to be able to easily create a report view you commonly use. For more information see this article: Manage Data in Tables
- Export - The exported report will match the filters and columns selected.
