How do I set up my customer support portal?

SoftLedger customers can set up their own support portal to monitor existing tickets, open up new tickets, and quickly access knowledge base articles.


Create a Portal Login

Navigate to https://softledger.freshdesk.com/support/home and create a set of user credentials, or use single sign on with Google, Facebook, or Twitter. It is recommended to create a portal user account with the same email address used to log into the SoftLedger application.



Navigate the Portal


Within the portal, you are able to view knowledge base support articles, create new support tickets, and monitor the status of any existing tickets:
