Edit the context selectors on the Trial Balance report to adjust the data in the table.

Adjust the Dates for the Trial Balance

You can view the Trial balance for up to twelve consecutive months or years at a time. The months or years shown are controlled by the System Date Picker. Changing this date will immediately update the Trial Balance report. For example, if you select 12/31/18 in the System Date Picker, the months shown will be Dec 18, Nov 18, and Sep 18 if you have the Type selected as Monthly and #Months as 3:

Furthermore, if you have multiple Locations you can also influence the data shown by selecting a different Location from our Location Picker in the upper left of your screen:
