Description

SoftLedger has the ability to have additional authentication for each user. This is a how-to guide on the process to set up your multi-factor authentication.

To enable MFA, you will need to download and complete the set up process for your preferred authenticator application (e.g. Google Authenticator App, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).

Enable MFA

Under the Admin>Users section, enable the MFA toggle at user setup, or edit a user to toggle ON the MFA toggle.

Enroll in MFA

Once enabled in the Users section, each user navigates to the Profile menu by clicking your name in the top right of SoftLedger.

Add SoftLedger in Authenticator App

In your preferred authenticator app on your mobile device, either scan the barcode generated or copy and enter the setup key to create a SoftLedger Verification Code.

Use Verification Code

On login, enter the Verification Code from the authenticator app to access SoftLedger.
